Pale yellow with slight green tinting in color. Incredible citrus, spring flower and subtle Muscat aromas. Neutral acidity and a wonderful taste of freshly cut green apples, ruby-red grapefruit, and honeysuckle. Papi Sauvignon Blanc pairs best with green vegetables, oysters, goat cheese, and fresh herbs.
